How do I know if I need a Radon inspection?
Radon inspections are not required everywhere. There are hot spots in which radon trapped in the ground is more prevalent. Check online to see if radon is present in your area.
What does an energy audit include?
The energy audit service includes a checklist of items directly related to energy consumption of your home, as well as efficiencies in your home's building envelope and how it relates to heating/cooling. The audit will identify areas of inefficiencies.
When would I need a mold inspection?
